Aaron and Todd from Impact Realty helped us sell our home in so many ways, since we live in FL but sold our home in CA. They staged the house, settled everything with our property manager, and coordinated with multiple contractors. The inspector found that we had some leaks in our house, causing extensive damage in our laundry room and kitchen island that took a while to fix during escrow, and came down to the wire, but Aaron was able to be our eyes and ears, and we were able to miraculously close on time.
