Before they became trusted real estate professionals helping families navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions, Aaron Zapata and Todd Anderson were simply two individuals with very different life stories. Aaron reflects on his upbringing in Dinuba, California, where long days working on his family's peach and nectarine farm taught him the importance of discipline, responsibility, and perseverance. From there, his journey led him through the banking industry before ultimately finding his calling in real estate—a career he's dedicated nearly three decades to.
Todd's path was equally unique. Growing up in Minneapolis before spending six years in Okinawa, Japan, as the son of missionary parents gave him a global perspective and a heart for serving people. After returning to the United States, he pursued ministry as a pastor before transitioning into real estate and joining Aaron to form what is now known as The Bald Brothers Team.
Although their backgrounds couldn't be more different, Aaron and Todd discovered they shared the same core values: integrity, hard work, faith, and a genuine desire to help others. Those shared values have become the foundation of their partnership and continue to influence the way they guide every client through the home selling process.
